Boy Scouts

The Parish sponsors an active Boy Scout and Cub Scout program for boys in grades 1-12. A rigorous outdoor program is included. Boys of all denominations are welcome.

Cub Scouts:
Cub Scouts do fun things with other kids! They get to wear a cool uniform, go places, and see things. They play all kinds of sports and build things, like race cars and bird houses. Want to learn a secret code? Want to learn about wild animals? If you're a boy in the first through fifth grades (ages 7 to 10), go Cub Scouting!

SIGN UP FOR SCOUTING

If you're between the ages of 7 and 20, you might be interested in one of the Scouting programs. If you're a parent, you might be interested in being selected a Scout leader. Scouting offers a time-tested set of activities that have produced fine citizens, strong family members, and community leaders for more than 90 years.

Boy Scouts:
Boy Scouts get away from it all! They camp, hike, and fish in the great outdoors. They get together in troops, and try out new experiences.

Boy Scouting is available to boys who are 11 through 17 years old, or who have earned the Arrow of Light Award, or have completed the fifth grade.

The purpose of the Boy Scouts of America, incorporated on February 8, 1910, and chartered by Congress in 1916, is to provide an educational program for boys and young adults to build character, to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness.
